Realy sharp looking Skipper, it would look nice on one of the member's line.

Food for thought. We are in the preparation stage of a shooting competition. We have the latest in gun technology, scopes that can reach out for very long distances. We have all the equipment a person could ask for. Here's a picture of a man, a 30-06 bolt action rifle with iron sights and his 1,000 yard target taking the Wimbledon Cup back in the early 1900's. WOW!!!

Now by many in todays society and shooting, those old stock 30-06 rifles just can not do that type of shooting. You need the new custom, wiz bang supper dupper long range tactical rifles.

I missed the last couple years in the competition, I am looking forward to shooting this year. Thanks for you hard work.

For Pete Sake. How in the heck did I miss this thread. It's May 1st for crying out loud. Kick my own butt if I could. I messed up last time and didn't return my target in time. That's on me. I fully intend to shoot and return on time. Especially with the generous time frame that Skipper gives us. And can't wait! Thanks again in advance for another shoot Skipper.

This year is going to be different. Targets will be posted online for downloading. You'll be responsible for uploading your target after you shoot it. Everyone, well members anyway, will be judging the results. The only thing you have to do is meet the deadlines. Simple!

Thanks Skipper, i have missed the past shoots but look forward to the upcoming one. It's really too bad that forums such as this, don't get the attention they deserve. There is so much knowledge out there, but it goes to waste except for the few that embrace it. Thanks to all the members who have given me advice.
