Private shooting ranges?

How many own their own ranges? I have a 100 yard range. I am getting ready to do some upgrades, including an 8x8 concrete pad and a new bench.

"My range" goes out to over 1,000 yards, rifle, pistol, shotgun.
But it really belongs to all of us, as it's on BLM land not far from the house.

This was last week doing some.45 and 9mm pistol work at defensive distances on my steel.

I could stretch it to 2,000 yards if I had any weapons capable of that range, but let's just say I can shoot to "way out there".
Because I've dealt with idiots at the public range here and elsewhere, all my load workup and practice is done alone or with one friend.
I do not miss those fools with their AR's and AK's doing full mag dumps right next to me while I'm trying some precision shooting with my bolt guns.
Those who have the facilities at home are fortunate indeed.

And FWIW we have the same dumb butt spray and pray people at public ranges here.

I am blessed, as Rick is, with thousands of acres of BLM and even some area on National Forest, where I can go out alone or maybe with one friend or the wife and shoot to my hearts content.
My local gun club is a member's only range and we don't have too much problem with nuts, who just blaze away. But still there are times I just want to be alone and therefore I head to these other places. :)

I have my own range as well. 150yds is max for me unless I wanted to shoot up the side of a mountain. :D
I have a rimfire range as well and that one is literally just out my back door. The bench for the rimfire range is under an awning, so, rain, sleet, hail, or sunshine I can be shooting.
