When I use the term bore condition I'm referring to the physical fouling
Mixing various powder fouling during load development is not recommended.

Thanks for sharing, I learned why. When I load test I'll season the barrel with fouling shots, let it cool and then get started. If testing various powders I'll clean, refoul and cool. I do the cooling primarly to keep the mirage under control, so I can place good shoth doen range.
