Primer problems solved

All you have to do is make your own :D I've got thousands of spent primers. Apparently it works.

Dang, I just threw out 250 of there reloadable items.

I guess I will start saving the spent primers now, I have only enough for about the first half of our varminting season and if need be I might give this a try. Either that or one of these days I will be "the guy" who buys up all the primers the day they arrived to the store. So far I have always been a day or two behind "the guy".

On that topic....

During the Great Depression my uncle used to reload .22 rim fire ammo by using the tips of strike anywhere matches and stumping powder. For a projectile he would reuse the bullet when it could be recovered, otherwise he would use a suitably sized nail. I imagine the rusty nail would be heck on rifling but it must have worked for him. My father has one in his collection of "stuff". It has been reloaded 3 times judging by the firing pin dents.

No problem Glen.
It`s just that i get a bit nervous when i look at the homepage on that site, about how to make explosives and pipe bomb`s ect.
Perhaps it`s just me but having this information floating about on the internet makes me worry about who`s reading it.
Like i say, probably just me.
