Yes in my 3 rifles H-4895/ 27.0/ 40 grn Berger shot a 5 shot ragged holes at a 100 yrds if I did my part. If this helps. Haven't compared it Reloader 10-X that has a lot happy folks here.
Just my FWIW.
Good luck................still a good powder.
I tried Benchmark form Hodgon as well. Just a grain less than H-4895 still good results. All 26" barrels in my stable.

Sorry for the late reply i have been real busy i have kids getting married and working on there houses just very busy
i did not find any b ut i will keep[ that web site in my searches . I just got my .204 back with a new pac nor match grade ss barrel :D :D
getting ready to do some new loads and break in
