Nosler Varmageddon Powder

I've got a quick question. Does anyone happen to know what powder Nosler uses in the 32 gr. tipped 204 Varmageddon loads? My 700 shoots them excellent but I have the components to load myself. I pulled a couple bullets and the powder is ball @ 28 grs, kind of looks like x-terminator. Thanks for any help. Jim D

If anyone, Rick would know. My guess is that it is a secret and possibly a proprietary blend.

No large factory ammo uses canister grade powder, nor loads by weight in grains, they load by volume.
Non-canister grade powder gets sold to factories based on burn rate. So one lot to the next will be somewhat different.

I was reminded that I was painting with a broad brush. Nosler's ammo business is still small enough that they in fact do only load canister, with Dillon machines no less.

I do stand corrected about that one, will edit my original post.

Thanks.
