Dose anyone out there have a copy of the SAMMI case and chamber drawings for the 204 R that can be read? The drawing on the SAMMI site looked like they were copied about 20 time and then posted. I need the headspace (max and min) lengths for the case and chamber, Thanks

Yeah, the SAAMI data sheet is really illegible, isn't it? Best thing is to look at CIP's drawing. Should be on this page:

Or, go forward or backward in those pages until you see it.

CIP drawing don't give Headspace. The closest they get is length from base to shoulder-start of neck. *****BRAIN FART*** I have the chamber numbers. I bought Todd Kindlers book on 20 cal cartridges and the drawing is in the back. Pacific Tool drawing shows 1.5612"min/1.5682"max @ .330" for the chamber.

The SAAMI specs I printed out are pretty clear/ledgible so:

Chamber:
1.5613 min
1.5713 max

Cartridge:
1.5645 - .0070

both measured at .330 (datum line)
