I had intended to use the cci br-4s but they are over 32.00 per 1000, the 71/2 are 16.00 per thousand, so far they have worked great! so i'll stick with the Remington 7 1/2s

WSR's. We shoot about 6 different rifles & they all like the WSR's. Plus when one of the 4 of us are out we just pick up a few boxes each time & we don't run out.

No Skipper Just some strange humor on my part. Its been awful hot underneath my hard hat lately. My fellow coworkers have to put up with unintelligable comments like that all day. Pity them.

I find that my gun likes the WSR primers, but that is the only primer I have used.

I have only used 205 and 7-1/2, so far I like the Remington primers better for H 4895. I ordered some CCI BR4 to try out. When I was testing out some loads I chroned 39 BK with 29.4 Grains of BLC (2) and fed primer and the mv was 3827. I thought that was a little fast for that charge and I took out some factory 40 v-max to chrone ( I have chroned them before at 3839) and they chroned at 3997. The temperature was 95 F, do you think that was enough to increase the pressure to create those velocities?

CCI 450 has served me very well.

Everyone I know is using BR-4 so that's what I'm going to start with.
