What is the difference between the cci 400 and 450's for the .204. I normally use cci br-4's but i cant find them anywhere. Does anybody have info on the Br-4's Availibilty

.204 Ruger Guns: Ruger 77VT and TC Oncore also have access to Savage

The CCI 450 is a Mag primer and has a thicker metal cup. It is what I have used in my 204s and have had no primer problems. Some people have had problems with the 400s and other primers with them splitting.

I may have to try the cci 450's. I can at least find them The Br-4's are no where to be found. Thanks

No BR4s here either. Haven't seen em since June. I only have 14 left :( . then I'm out.

Just today i shot some CCI 450's and they shot almost the same as my BR-4's. Give them a try
