Now THAT Don, is one sweet 1911! Kongratulations on the new Kommander my friend. Be sure to post your impressions; that's the first one I've seen with the slide ports.....looks purty neat it does. :D

If you decide to use it for carry, be sure to check out Milt Sparks before you spend any $. Nice guns deserve good gunleather, and tha's one very nice gun.

Gary, it might be a no-no, but they'll have to pry it from my cold, dead hands.... sorry.

Rick, I'm not much into fancy leather. If I wear it iwb it just gets stuck in meskin style. Galco concealables have been my staple of choice for owb, tho. It came today. Got 'er customized and started breaking it in...

Dangit, man, you keep posting pics of this thing and I'm going to wind up with one.

Aw heck...keep 'em comin'. Fortunately my wife has no idea of the actual cost of firearms and their necessary accessories. Although I suppose I will have to break down and furnish the house one of these days. She's getting a bit tired of my preferred "Early Yard Sale and Thrift Shop" decorating period.
