High Standard Sport King 22LR

Post by acloco »

Have always wanted a High Standard semi auto pistol, but never found the right deal.

Believe it or not, I was the successful bidder at an estate auction for a 1958 Sport King with 4.5" barrel.

Have always liked these pistols because of the fit to my hand and quality of the firearm.

Well Tom, I share the same affliction.....those are indeed nice pistols. Wish I still had mine, plus the Second Model Colt Woodsman Target I foolishly sold 20 years ago.

But......you knew this was coming................

Don't take the name calling by Gunny seriously, just dig out your camera so we can see the new gem....... ;) Oh, and congrats on the nice score!
