Ok I gotta question, take it easy on me this is all new to me.
I have a factory rifle with a factory barrel and would be shooting handloads. The stock however is an aftermarket Boyd's laminate...so what class does that put me in? I'm guessing that puts me in the "Factory Rifle Class" is that correct?
I could always slip it back into the original Savage laminate if that makes a difference?
Sorry if this question was already asked...I missed it.
Just an FYI, but for some reason i have a hard time shooting the targets sent. Not sure if it's because there black and white, but i had a hard time focusing, and an even harder time tring to line the crosshairs up in those huge circles. Or am i just using to much magnification.

You might want to try a 6 o'clock hold on the bullseyes. Works much better for me with crosshaired telescopes. Focus problems could be poor lighting or competitive concentration if you get my drift.
So did you poke any holes in them targets?
I'm still trying various bullets and such. Gonna have to get serious soon tho.
I went out this afternoon to see what I could do..... If things don't come together for me soon, I'm going to have me arse handed to me in this shoot. It wasn't a pretty sight.
I hate rude behavior in a man. I won't tolerate it.
Unfortunately this year if you want to shoot "Factory Rifle Class" class you will need to drop it back in the factory stock.
Gotchya, thanks for the reply.
Looks like I have a bunch of stuff on my plate for the next several weeks and the deadline is drawing near so...even though I'd like to participate, I think I'll be forced to pass. Maybe next time.
