I have been waiting for the end of deer season so I could consintrate on coyote and bobcats. I have been out several times and have had them up close and talking to me but no luck. Finely to day after making another stand with no luck I decided to check out the back side of a orange grove. When I got out to look over a wash I saw a large coyote. I spooked him a little but he held up long enough for me to get a shot. The 32gr Vmax knocked him down where he stood. He had been hunting a covey of quail which flew up as I went down to look at him. He was fat and healthy about 45lbs.

Ryan--that first one seems to be the toughest for most of us to put on the ground. Now they'll come easy, well maybe not real easy. Anyway, I wanted to say:

WTG, Ryan! That thing is a brute. Outweighs my largest by...a lot.

You weren't kidding about it being healthy. That one is a "fatty"
. Now go out and get some more.
