Primer sales
Just for info, Midsouth Shooters is showing in a flyer Primers and other items on sale. Primers look to be marked down lower than usual. You might want to check it out if you are looking for some.

Re: Primer sales
Thanks for posting that, Bill.
I'm still in great shape IRT primers, powder and boolits, but I'm sure there's guys out there still looking for a decent deal, especially on primers. These are times that when we stumble across a good deal, it's time to jump, as from experience, nothing ever returns to what we call "normal" again.
I go in for shoulder surgery next week, so will be flying on one wing for a while. That'll be a couple of months of no shooting, so that equates to more primers, boolits and powder for later. Gotta look on the bright side, right?

Re: Primer sales
Well Rick the surgery will sideline you for a short while, as far as shooting goes, But at least getting it done this time of the year will not cut into much critter shooting, with them all sleeping now, warn and cozy underground. Then you will be up and at them in spring when they are back out. So it has some good points. Recover well and stay safe.

Re: Primer sales
Rick...good luck with the shoulder surgery, hopefully it's your non-firing shoulder and the one you won't need when reloading.
All the best...
Bill...thanks for posting the sale info. Myself, I'm in good shape but as those of us who has been doing this a while, sometimes you need to procure when the procuring is good. Prices...I'm still in aw how much stuff is these days and I'm really in aw when these prices are as good as its going to get!

Re: Primer sales
I think primer availability will increase exponentially and I see prices coming down a bit in the future.
Anyone who remembers what 8 years of Obama were like, will remember that after the 2016 election, everything suddenly became available and prices dropped. Rimfire ammo, which was scarce, hit the shelves almost immediately.
I did a little stocking up before the election, but I wont buy powder/primers for awhile until I see what the market is doing. And right now, I see primers on sale in a lot of places.

Re: Primer sales
Prices have dropped some lately. And I believe Midsouth Shooters is now offering free Hazmat on orders over $99.00, which you could add up to fairly easy with powder and primer deals.
