Re: Anyone Home?
First time logging in for a little bit here. I’ve been swamped with work for months. Chased Whitetails most of November. Got another good one. Two years in a row now with big boys and this years will actually net B&C Typical. I hope to get calling sooner than later. Still have yet to “fur” my new 204 build. This needs to happen sooner than later. It’s terrible that I haven't used it yet.

It's rough when work gets in the way of playtime.
Since you claim to have bagged a "Booner", there is nothing stopping you from sharing a few pictures of your magnificent WT so we can be envious of your success. I've found this group to be a visually oriented bunch, and we enjoy sharing in the achievements of others.
Once you "fur" your 204R, we'd enjoy seeing this success too and as for your new 204 build...gun porn is always appreciated.

Re: Anyone Home?
I have previously posted pics of my build in another thread. I post most of my coyote calling adventures on another forum pretty regular throughout the winter. Perhaps I should start doing the same thing here too.MTPaul wrote: ↑Wed Dec 03, 2025 5:43 pm CoyoteGettr -

Here is this year’s buck. Grosses 184”. Will net just under 176” after drying. I’m 6’4” and 235lbs for reference.

I'd echo Rick's comment...impressive indeed! That is a DANDY!!
I hope a mount of sorts (shoulder? European?) finds its way to the wall of your abode (or man cave) as it certainly deserves a space to be displayed and enjoyed. Thanks for sharing and congratulations!

Now...thats what I call "a rack". Hopefully you can mount it if you so desire, I imagine a tall ceiling would be in order thought. All the same, congrats

Re: Anyone Home?
Thank you gentlemen. He’s a very nice specimen. Absolutely, he is getting a shoulder mount. Probably a wall pedestal as I don’t have one of those yet. I’m relegated to the basement with all my taxidermy. The plus is, when we built; I insisted on 9’ finished height on the ceilings. It accommodates things nicely.
Here’s last year’s buck. He grosses 183.75” and had a 5-6” drop/flyer broken off. Just picked him up from the taxidermist on Monday. Please forgive the Christmas hats on them. I almost chose to die on that hill in opposition but, there’ll be a better one to die on yet.

Nice!
And your trophy room appears to be well stocked properly too.
